Processing time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we're experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days — please allow additional transit time. If there will be a significant delay, we'll contact you via email or phone.
Shipping & delivery
Standard shipping is free on every order. Expedited shipping is available on select products for an additional charge, calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur; estimated delivery times are a guide only and begin from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
Shipment confirmation & order tracking
You'll receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order ships, containing your tracking number(s). Tracking becomes active within 24 hours.
