Cancellation Policy

Enrichment Box Plans

We offer the following subscription options:

• 12-Month Plan
• 6-Month Plan
• 3-Month Plan
• Monthly Plan

Commitment Terms

• The 12-Month, 6-Month, and 3-Month plans include a commitment period. By subscribing to one of these plans, you agree to the full term of the subscription.
  
• If you wish to cancel your subscription before the end of your commitment, a 30-day notice must be provided via email to:

Monthly Plan

• The Monthly Plan is flexible and can be canceled at any time. To avoid being charged for the next shipment, cancellations must be received at least 7 days before the next billing date.
  

Shipping Schedule

• PupFaire Enrichment Boxes are shipped twice a month, on the 15th and 30th.
• Cancellations made after your order has been processed will apply to the following billing cycle.

Refunds

• All boxes that have been processed or shipped are non-refundable, as each box is custom-packed and prepared for your pup.
